Hotel Information
onPeak is the only official hotel provider for SIGGRAPH 2025. Room rates or availability by any other company or representative cannot be guaranteed by SIGGRAPH 2025. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering hotel options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with SIGGRAPH 2025 and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences (consequences include loss of deposit or payments, unintended cancellation of reservations, or no reservations).

SIGGRAPH 2025 has negotiated discounted rates at select hotels in Vancouver. These discounts are available to SIGGRAPH 2025 attendees only.

The deadline for booking reservations at the SIGGRAPH 2025 discounted rate is 7 July 2025. After this date, rooms are based on availability only and rates may increase. Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A guarantee of one night’s room and tax is required for each room reserved. After 1 August 2025, a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax may be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s) by your confirmed hotel. SIGGRAPH 2025’s deposit policy supersedes any individual hotel’s deposit policy.
Group Bookings
You may book groups of up to 39 rooms through the housing site when it opens. After 7 July, group blocks are based upon availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
Groups of 40 or more hotel rooms may also request a block. Deposit and other requirements will vary. Follow the link below to request these rooms.

Visa Requirements for Traveling to Canada
Most foreign nationals require a Visitor Visa (also known as a Temporary Resident Visa – TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada. ACM SIGGRAPH requires all registrants make their own inquiries about their ability to enter Canada and offer no representations of the validity of the information provided. The visa application process can be lengthy, so it is recommended you begin this as soon as possible.
You must be registered for SIGGRAPH 2025 to request a visa support letter. Be sure to use your legal name when you register so the visa support letter matches your passport. There will be an opportunity to have a different name listed on your badge. The registration confirmation screen will have a link to complete a brief survey in order to email you a visa support letter. It is advised you book your accommodations prior to requesting the support letter so this information can be included in the letter.
